Youth First!™ programs are based in Hawkins and Catalano’s Social Development Theory, and integrate poignant components of the Search Institute’s 40 Assets™.  The results are incredible.



HOW DO WE DO IT
All Youth First training integrates kinesthetic (participant involved) activities to promote learning enjoyment and extend the development of skills beyond the training session.  This means, we take powerful concepts such as communication, and leadership, and create innovative simulations – concentrated experiences, where youth have to use the skills necessary to develop deep understanding of the concepts.  We provide tools for the learning process, and we make every experience powerfully fun! 

This locks in the learning – it’s never words and concepts ‘talked at.’ It’s always experiences ‘engaged with.’
